Career
She was a contestant on Big Brother UK’s seventh series in 2006, finishing in fifth place, and later starred in her own reality show, Princess Nikki. Grahame was the runner-up in Ultimate Big Brother in 2010, and she was a guest housemate in the sixteenth season of Big Brother UK in 2015.

She participated in the fourth season of Big Brother Canada the next year, placing sixth. Grahame was named the Most Famous TV Contender at the National Television Awards. Grahame returned to Big Brother for the last time in 2018.
How Did Nikki Grahame Die?
Grahame’s family announced in March 2021 that she had relapsed. They said she “constantly feels vulnerable and struggles on a day-to-day basis,” and that she wants to heal but believes it is “impossible.”
They started a GoFundMe campaign to pay for private care after NHS treatments “failed” and they had “exhausted all options.” Grahame joined a private hospital later that month to undergo specialist care, where she lived until her death on April 9, 2021, at the age of 38, from complications from anorexia nervosa.
Her representative said in a statement released on Saturday wrote:
